DESCRIPTION
Your local tour guide will share stories and insights about the region’s culinary traditions and wines from Saint-Tropez and Provence.
Over the tour of two hours, we will stroll along the harbor and through the charming old town. Along the way, we’ll stop in carefully selected local shops to discover and purchase regional specialties.
You will enjoy tasting and sharing these delights throughout the tour: a glass of wine, petits farcis as an aperitif, tarte tropézienne, goat cheese, nougat, navettes, chestnut cream, and other delicious snacks.
If you have specific dietary requirements, please let us know at the time of booking.
This experience is designed as a friendly, convivial moment of exchange with your Tropezian guide.
Please note that the goal of the food tour is to offer an introduction to local cuisine—you will sample several specialties from some of the best addresses in town.
This is not a full meal. All tastings are included, and any additional purchases will be at your own expense.

We strongly recommend booking in advance, as availability may be limited in peak seasons.
A minimum of 4 paying participants is required for the trip to operate. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the trip if the group is too small.
Solo travelers are welcome to join an existing group at the standard price or we may organise the workshop just for you at some extra costs (please contact us).
The mentioned duration of the activity only indicative; in some cases the experience may last longer or shorter, depending on the discussion and group size.
