What's about the cancellation policy ?
The planning fee and conciergerie fee are non refundable.
For all direct bookings, we advise you to check the cancellation policy of each reservation.
By using my conciergerie service, you agree to read all terms of bookings of each reservation.

100% refund up to 7 days before the day of the guided tour (-10 euros)

50% refund from 6 to 5 days before the day of the guided tour

No refund from 4 days before the day of the guided tour or no show.
